QALSER started with a simple observation: most AI tools are built for tech companies, not for real people with real problems.

After more than two decades leading enterprise transformation projects across the Middle East and North America, our founder saw the same pattern everywhere: powerful technology that was too complex, too expensive, or too disconnected from what people actually needed.

So we set out to build something different.

We asked: What if AI could help an actor prepare for auditions without expensive coaching? What if a small business could offer enterprise-quality customer support?
